She holds a masters degree in dietetics from USA and left a high profile job in New
Jersey to come back to India and pursue her passion for cooking and baking. After
finishing her Diploma in baking she enchanted her family and friends with her lip
- smacking desserts. She now looks forward to spreading sweetness in the lives of
people through her delectable desserts through Biscotti. With her background in the field of nutrition, clients can be assured that the products are absolutely pure and are baked with utmost hygiene standards. |
She has had a lifelong infatuation with good food and culinary art. Rima is
passionate about chocolate, the finest and freshest ingredients, and stellar
presentations. Needless to say, her family and friends have benefited from her
passion for years! Rima holds a degree in Architecture and being a creativity freak, she kept experimenting with food and presentation. Having constantly created cakes in her kitchen as a hobby since 2000, she had been harbouring the thought of launching her own dessert company ever since. Innovative and quality products led to increased sales from home and it encouraged her to expand her horizons. In the August of 2009, both the sisters finally decided to take the leap and market their creations. Thus, Biscotti was born!. |
